Executive Committee
The Company's executive team is formed by Mr. Mihail Marcu, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nicolae Marcu, member of the Board of Directors and executive director responsible for Healthcare and Operations, Mr. Dorin Preda, member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Alina Irinoiu, member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer. Under their leadership are managers with extensive track records within the Group, who manage the central functions, business lines and units. These professionals operate with substantial independence and freedom in the implementation of agreed unit and business line budgets. Alina irinoiu is the Chief Financial Officer of MedLife Group and member of the Executive Committee, since October 2022. A graduate of Bucharest University Of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Business and Economics, Alina Irinoiu started the activity within the company in 2018, holding the position of MedLife Investor Relations Manager for four years. At the same time, she coordinated the M&A department for small and medium transactions, holding for a short period the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the MedLife team, Alina Irinoiu worked for 5 years in the field of financial audit for financial institutions.
